IOP Parental Consent

  • As the parent / legal guardian of the above-named student, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

     

    • That the student has our permission to follow an agreed programme of online study with InTuition Languages
    • That the student will be allocated a tutor by InTuition Languages, selected on the basis of the student’s academic and personal requirements
    • That the tutor will have a statutory professional Duty of Care towards the student during their course, as set out in our Safeguarding Policy and Procedure and E-Safety Guidelines and Policy documents (https://intuitionlang.wpengine.com/policies-and-procedures)
    • That tutors are not permitted to connect with or otherwise contact students or ex-students aged under 18 on any social media platform
    • That the student will receive tuition through the Zoom platform
    • That the student’s lessons will be recorded for quality monitoring purposes
    • That the student’s personal data will be securely managed by the school in accordance with the published Privacy Policy (https://intuitionlang.wpengine.com/policies-and-procedures)
  • We may wish to use photographs or video footage of your child in our publications, publicity materials, and on the internet. Please indicate whether we have your consent to do this. The student’s personal consent will always also be obtained. Please see our Privacy Policy for details regarding the storage and usage of images and other student data.
