Overview - Learn Dutch in the Netherlands

The ideal way to make rapid progress in Dutch, relaxing in the home of a Dutch tutor and their family.

Your Dutch in a teacher’s home course is designed for you, at your level, and delivered to your needs. You will be impressed at just how quickly your confidence grows as your Dutch improves: one-to-one home tuition with homestay in your teacher’s house is the most effective way to develop language skills in a short period of time.

You can choose to have between 10 and 30 lessons per week with your own private homestay teacher (each lesson lasts 60 minutes). Cultural excursions with the teacher and their family are also included on all of our programmes.

Who is it for?

For Dutch language learners who have the basics and want to make progress, as well as more advanced students who want to work on their Dutch for a specific professional or academic purpose.

Before your course starts, we will assess your grammar, listening comprehension and oral fluency and design a course according to your precise objectives. Out of lessons, you can practise what you have learnt with your teacher's, their family and friends, and the local community. Our programmes are ideal for motivated learners who want to get the most out of being genuinely immersed 24/7 in a Dutch speaking environment.

For every question (location, lessons, hospitality, accommodation and meals) five stars for my host and for InTuition. The English lessons were excellent structured. As a German nativespeaker I finished with a great boost in my English skills. The support of InTuition in the background was excellent and helpful. If it will happen I will choose InTuition again. And Oxfordshire was a really nice place to stay.
