Our Standard programme is ideal for students who want a balance of academic learning, socialising and excursions.
It is available all year round and for all students aged 10 - 17.

10 tuition hours per week
Our Excursions Focus programme is designed for students aged 14-17 who prefer to spend more time on activities and excursions. The package includes 10h tuition per week with four afternoon excursions Monday - Friday, with an additional all-day weekend excursion on courses longer than one week in duration.
It is available all year round and for all students aged 14 - 17.
  • Placement with a warm, welcoming and carefully selected host tutor family
  • Comfortable accommodation with private study bedroom
  • Breakfast, lunch and dinner included each day
  • Four afternoon excursions per week Monday - Friday
  • Full-day excursion each weekend (courses 2+ weeks in duration only)

Activities Focus

10 tuition hours per week
Our Activities Focus programme is designed for students aged 14-17 who prefer to spend more time on activities and excursions. The package includes 10h tuition per week with up to four afternoon activities per week (Monday - Friday). Students can choose to switch activities for excursions as they wish. On courses longer than one week in duration, an additional full-day excursions is also included each weekend.
It is available all year round and for all students aged 14 - 17.
  • Placement with a warm, welcoming and carefully selected host tutor family
  • Comfortable accommodation with private study bedroom
  • Breakfast, lunch and dinner included each day
  • Four afternoon activities (from the list below) per week Monday - Friday

Cultural immersion without formal lessons
Our Lifestyle Programme is ideal for Young Learners who want the experience of living with a host family and being immersed in the local culture and language, but without formal lessons.
Students are treated like an additional family member for the duration of the programme.

It is available all year round for students aged 10 - 17.
  • Placement with a warm, welcoming and carefully selected host tutor family
  • Comfortable accommodation with private study bedroom
  • Breakfast, lunch and dinner included each day
  • Four afternoon excursions per week Monday - Friday

Junior 2 Junior (J2J) Summer Programme

This offers a great opportunity for under-18s to mix with different nationalities. We carefully match each student with a partner from a different country (and with a different first language) and place them together with the same homestay language tutor. The result is a full immersion programme with a social twist! Available for English in the UK and French in France.

Ideal for parents who want to accompany their child and share language lessons. Depending on your levels, you can either share the lessons 2:1, or each take one-to-one by dividing the hours between you. We recommend no more than 20 lessons per week.

I had an amazing language stay with my host teacher in southern England. From the very beginning, I was warmly welcomed and felt like part of the family. My teacher went above and beyond what I had expected — not only did I improve my English, but I also experienced so much more. We went on beautiful hikes, visited the cinema, enjoyed afternoon tea with her friends, and went on several lovely excursions together. I was accommodated in a private annex that had everything I needed, which made the stay even more comfortable. It was the perfect mix of learning and cultural immersion. Esperienza negativa a causa della disorganizzazione di INTUITION che non ha comunicato come doveva con l'Host Mum sia per quanto riguarda i pasti, sia per la pianificazione delle lezioni (prima settimana non chiara e per niente seguito a livello didattico e anche per quanto riguardano i pasti); oltre alla location scomoda e troppo cara per gli spostamenti verso Londra e poco accogliente per scarsa pulizia e igiene.
Sconsigliabile la soluzione dell'insegnante in casa: non è funzionale all'apprendimento della Lingua Inglese.
Assolutamente non conforme al prezzo richiesto!

On an InTuition course, you decide both the course location and the individual teacher you wish to study with - we do not allocate you a teacher or location.

We ask students to communicate directly with their homestay teachers before the course starts, so that the first week of lessons can be planned and any special requirements accommodated. Unfortunately it seems you did not communicate with your homestay teacher before your course started, despite our best efforts to encourage you to do so.

Once again, I am very sorry that your experience was not a positive one. Please don't hesitate to contact our head office should you wish to discuss things further.
