      1. General

      • Students are required to abide by the InTuition Languages Code of Conduct throughout each course.
      • To ensure the security of homestay teachers and their families, students may be required to submit a form of government ID during the booking process. InTuition Languages does not retain this data once a student's identity has been confirmed.
      • InTuition Languages allocates teachers to students on the basis of a holistic analysis of student requirements and at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to change any allocated teacher before or during a course.

Parents / legal guardians of under 18s must provide written consent as outlined in relevant course documentation. Failure to provide consent will result in any enrolment being cancelled.
      • No retrospective claim or complaint from a student will be accepted. Problems must be brought to our attention during a course. We will seek to manage and resolve any problem with extreme delicacy and tact and will, if necessary, move a student to a new homestay teacher. In the event of the discovery of any serious health problem or contagious illness, mental or physical disability, or special educational need not disclosed at the time of booking, or criminal or anti-social behaviour on the part of a student, we reserve the right to terminate a course and repatriate that student at their own cost and without refund of fees.
