Teacher Portal Instructions

Our Teacher Portal is your key resource for updating your profile, keeping your availability for bookings up-to-date, for keeping track of past and future bookings, and for checking payments and fees.

1. Manage your availability

It is absolutely vital that you keep your availability up to date - both when you are available and unavailable for InTuition bookings - so that we know to contact you with potential courses. It is very quick and easy to do this via the Teacher Portal.

Adding a new available or unavailable period

1. Login to the Teacher Portal at https://intuition.my.site.com/teacherportal
2. Navigate to the menu in the top left.

3. Select 'Availablity' from the menu.

4. Select 'New Period'.
Image
5. Enter the start and end dates for the period you want to add to the calendar.

6. Choose whether to mark yourself as available or unavailable for this period.

7. Select 'Finish'.

8. You can now see the period added in your calendar: green for available and red for unavailable.

Amending or deleting an availability period

1. Select the period you want to edit or delete in your calendar.

2. To delete the period from your calendar, select "Delete". 3. To edit the period, select "Edit".

3. Change the status to either "Available" or "Unavailable" as required. Please note that you cannot change the dates of a period using the Edit function - if you need to change the dates, please Delete the period and create another.
4. Select "Update Period" to save your changes.

5. You will see the period in your calendar change colour according to the changes you have made.

2. Update your Profile

We use the information you provide via the Portal to create your Teacher Profile, which is sent to students when we recommend you for a booking. It is very important that the information which students see on your profile, including your photos, is up-to-date. Please note that changes to your profile can only be made on the Desktop version of the Teacher Portal - not mobile.

Changing, adding or deleting profile information

1. Select the "Profile" tab from the home page.

2. Select any of the 'edit' pen icons to open the record for editing.

3. Edit any of the information as required.
4. Select 'Save' to save your changes.

Adding, changing or deleting Household Members

If you need to change the information we have on record about the other members of your household:

1. Select the "Household Members" tab from the home page.

2. Select "New".
Image
3. Enter the details of the new household member.
4. Click "Save" to save your changes.

5. To edit a household member, click their name on the "Household Members" tab.

6. Select any of the 'edit' pen icons to open the record for editing.

7. Edit any of the information as required.
8. Select "Save" to save your changes.
