This offer applies to all home tuition bookings in the UK which are confirmed within the stated period of validity.
The offer is open to all students (and any accompanying family members aged 5+) taking an InTuition Languages course in the UK, who have not travelled to or through a Red List country in the ten days before their date of arrival in the UK.
Students must opt in to the offer by providing all information as requested on the Day 2 COVID Test Sudent Details Form, no more than six days before their course start date.
InTuition Languages will, on behalf of each student, purchase a PCR or LFD test (as required by the regulations at the time of travel) for the student to take, either at the airport of arrival or in the tutor's home.
After purchasing the test, InTuition Languages will send the student (or their appointed agent) their test Booking Reference Number and proof of purchase. These are required to complete the mandatory Passenger Locator Form which must be completed before the student travels to the UK.
It is students' responsibility to take the test as directed by the test provider.
If a student decides to cancel or postpone their booking after opting in to this offer, InTuition Languages will levy a charge of £50.00 to cover the cost of their unused test.
