A dynamic and talented woman, Jean is als an excellent teacher. She has a BA in Social Work, from Seattle Pacific University plus 16 years experience in education. Her husband has his BA in Graphic Arts, and graduated from Eastern Washington University. She homeschools her own two children.

Home/location

She and her husband live in Seattle in a close location with good access to downtown and the various tourist attractions. There house is on a large in-city lot that also has hosts an amazing organic vegetable garden, that is tended by Jean and the rest of the family. Their house is an orginal design, nearly new, built by her husband, who is a local building contractor. It has 3 spacious floors, plus a 'crows nest', perfect for reading and relaxing high above the rest of the world.

Student's room

The room is comfortable, very private and has it's own level giving the student plenty of privacy. Upon request there is also a private bathroom for students use.

Family/interests

This family has many interests and activities. In addition to growing food in their urban garden, Jean enjoys cooking delicious vegetarian meals for her family. They have a son and a daughter. Both kids are quick students, and very physically active. They both run competitive track and have won multiple awards for track events both in Seattle, and regionally. Additionally, the family the family enjoys hiking, art and reading.
